In this study there is described the functional structure of the human resources of the physical activity and sport in the Valencian Community.First, there decide the functions current and realized in his  labour life; later his accomplishment in temporary epochs, provinces and strata of population, the level of plurifuncionalidad and the preferences; later the consideration of temporality and the functional click here structure of every entity; and it concludes with the initial formation in every function.The used methodology is quantitative of descriptive cut by means of survey, across an individual interview standardized by means of questionnaire realized to 600 persons who were employed at functions of physical activity and deport.

The results determine that all the functions develop being the principal ones to give teaching of physical activity and deport and to be careful and to support the physical form for groups.Also a high plurifuncionalidad exists, the consideration of temporality in some functions and the functional structure of the different entities this one very diversified.In addition, in the immense majority of the functions the persons are majority without qualifications of physical lock shock and barrel art activity and sport and at all the functions there are employed all the types of graduates of physical activity and sport.
